Our 2021 Mid-Year Employment Law Update is on July 13, 2021. The presentation includes developments over the past year (because many people were unable to attend year-end updates due to the pandemic) as well as an extensively updated discussion of current COVID-related topics.
The presentation also addresses important employment-law developments such as 2021 changes to state independent contractor standards, other legislative changes, shifting positions in federal agencies, and some comments about recent caselaw.
